March 9, 2009 Carroll Township grants an extension till June 8, 2009

April 2, 2007 the Board of Supervisors conditionally approve the project. 18 comments and 14 waivers were approved
(2 voted against, 3 for approval)

May 2, 2007 CCSG appeals the Carroll Township Board of Supervisors decision The Supervisors' decision should be reversed
because the preliminary subdivision plans do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Township's subdivision and land
development ordinance furthermore, the Supervisors abused their discretion and committed an error of law by granting the
Developer numerous waivers.
