Linebaugh In CCSG's appeal of Carroll Township's approval of the South Mountain Commons Plans Oral Arguments were heard in the Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania August 28, 2007 and more briefs are scheduled for review by October 12, 2007 We will know more after briefs are reviewed by Judge Stephen P. Linebaugh, in the Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania.
