Oral Arguments were heard in the Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania August 28, 2007
and more briefs are scheduled for review by October 12,
2007
We will know more after briefs are reviewed by Judge Stephen P. Linebaugh, in the Court of Common Pleas of York County,
Pennsylvania.

May 2, 07 CCSG appeals the Carroll Township Board of Supervisors decision
The Supervisors' decision should be reversed because the preliminary subdivision plans do not comply with the requirements set
forth in the Township's subdivision and land development ordinance furthermore, the Supervisors abused their discretion and
committed an error of law by granting the Developer numerous waivers.
