On February 18, after a few days of rain, I wanted to get out and check construction sites to
make sure Erosion and Sediment controls were in place and working.

This construction site is the bridge replacement at Williams Grove Road over the Yellow
Breeches, a high quality water way located in Northern York County.  Dogwood Run and a
Mill Race tributaries enter Yellow Breeches at this same location.
Pictures below were taken from bridge.  Notice the construction activity and Dogwood Run.
Dogwood run was running clean (in back round)
Construction activities were contributing minimal sediment to the Breeches.
Then something odd began to happen...when all of a sudden
Dogwood Run began to run brown, full of sediment, and not from construction.

Then the explanation became known:
A 6-wheeler (Amphibious off-road vehicle) and a 4-wheeler ATV suddenly appeared

Notice in these  picture all sediment is from construction activities
