| South Mountain Commons or Wal-Mart is BACK May 11, 2006 Planning Commission, South Mountain Commons was not on agenda and did not present any new plans. Time is running out for current plan submittal. Look for current plans to be withdrawn by developer and resubmitted as a Totally New Plan. These new plans wont be much different, this is more of a move to gain more time to address township comments and concerns. April 11, 2006 Planning Commission tabled plans again because of over 270 negative comments from Township Engineer.
